Personal Training sessions are available to both new and current Members who prefer one on one instruction. This can be done either prior to joining our group classes, or in addition to these, to achieve a particular milestone in their training.

Our goal is to promote and encourage an active and healthy lifestyle in a fun group environment. These classes will teach fundamental movements and skills focusing on technique through games and exercise.
Our Group Class workouts involve constantly varied, movements performed at a range of intensity levels.
Our workouts are designed to mimic real life tasks, with movements that utilise the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more to prepare you for whatever life throws your way.
The classes are ideal for performing the maximum amount of work in a short period of time and experience has shown the combination of movements performed at appropriate levels of intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness in the shortest amount of time.
PRE AND POST-PREGNANCY COURSES
Developed and delivered by mums, for mums, in preparation for the ongoing and long term demands of motherhood. If you are currently pregnant or have recently given birth, our Pre and Post-Pregnancy course empowers women to strengthen their bodies, improve their fitness and share their journey with a like-minded community.
In our Pre and Post-Pregnancy courses, Member’s train in a safe and supportive environment, receiving personalised instruction on how to train safely.

LEARN TO LIFT COURSES
We offer a number of Learn to Lift Courses tailored to Members’ individual needs. Both mixed and female only courses are available.
Our Learn to Lift Programme provides a safe, comfortable and small group environment where Members receive personal instruction on the foundational movements that will set them up for a lifetime of safer and smarter training. This programme is available to everyone, regardless of age or background, fitness level or injuries.
We empower our Members to move confidently with a barbell, flip a tyre and toss a sandbag, while watching their bodies transform in the process.
